consolidated and has a reddish brown or white colour. There is complete absence of fossils. The base of this lithofacies is irregular and scoured. The presence of irregular bases gives a channel-like appearance to this facies. This facies forms about 10% of the conglomerate deposits. The facies is similar to Facies Gms of Miall, 1977.
